Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations done before 15 days of arrival date – FULL refund is issued. For the cancellations done 15 days or less from date of arrival/booking – NO refund is possible and no extension of booking allowed. However, if the same room for the same dates get occupied, we shall connect with you on our own and send you refund proportionately…..we do not look for money twice from the same room! 🙂

Hot Water

All bathrooms have geysers and they are switched on centrally from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. only. However, if you need hot water during the day or in the evening, we shall deliver it in the bucket – but the request has to be before 8 p.m. Please note that 24 hrs geyser facility is not available at our property.

Premature Check Out

In case you have to shorten your visit and are wanting a premature check-out due to any reason, we humbly request you to take a humanitarian view just as you would expect us to take a similar view. For some unavoidable reason, if you need to shorten your number of days booked with us, kindly do not penalise us for no fault of ours.

Hence we would request that you pay at least 50% of the balance amount due, if not the full amount, as per your booking.
